I have worked on my family tree on and off or many years. Find a Grave has progressed greatly since I first discovered it and has become a great source of information. After retirement I decided to sign up to Ancestry and see if I could discover any new information on the family. As I began entering the basic family information on myself and my siblings, I was surprised by unexpected hints on a nephew who had died at 9 mos of age. Not only did I find his death certificate but there was also a Find a Grave memorial page. I was just 9 yrs old at the time and no one really talked about it but it kind of hit me like a brick that I was 67 yrs old before knowing where he is buried. That's all it took for me to join and start looking for ways contribute.
