Born and raised in LaGrange County (Bloomfield Township), Indiana. At a young age I developed a passion for history and began genealogy research at the age of 17. Today, I live one county north in Southwest Michigan in St. Joseph County (Sherman Township).

I currently serve as a Trustee on the Sturgis Public Schools Board of Education, member of the local elections board, sell real estate in the State of Michigan, work full-time as a quality/safety director in the printing industry, and have a new hobby as a preservationist/washer of headstones.

I am looking forward to connecting with others in the effort to identify and preserve these precious pieces of our heritage and history!
