I found and read documents about the Rogers Robinson side of my family last summer, notably Ella "Nellie" Robinson, my grandmother's grandmother. I was deeply saddened by the cause of her death, of which none of my close relatives knew. I don't think my grandmother knew. I couldn't help but leave flowers. I have some of Ella's personal documents (as her eldest son is my grandmother's father), and am interested in sharing information with relatives if they are interested. After Pettet's death, my grandmother's family returned to Canada where we all live to this day.
