Bio

I became interested in geneaology upon the death of my mother in 1991 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. With the death of my paternal grandmother in 1994, there were no more Nenstiels living in Johnstown since the first of my ancestors arrived there around the time of the Great Johnstown Flood in 1889 further sparking my interesest in getting the family tree well documented. I have since expanded my research to include many of my wife' ancestors in New York, Georgia and Alabama. I discovered Find-a-Grave in 2021 and it has been incredibly helpful as I continue to research my wife's family in the Mobile, Alabama area where I now live.
