I have been secretary/treasurer of the Bluff City Morning View Cemetery Corporation since 2015. The corporation was chartered in 1960 by J Forest Thomas, Kenneth Carrier, Rom E. Baird, W.C. Fleenor, and Herbert Mills. The primary purpose of the corporation is to ensure the cemetery is maintained in an acceptable manner for all families with loved ones buried in the cemetery.
