I am a writer, researcher, and filmmaker with a keen interest in genealogy. I have written for the "Goochland County Historical Society Magazine," an academic research journal, and serve as an executive officer of the Goochland VA250 Commission. My documentary film, "The Frontier of Richmond: Battleground for Segregation," was awarded first place at Virginia History Day contest and was presented at the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
