My name is Theresa and I am a wife, mother and volunteer grave hunter. My interest in cemetary crowdsourcing originated not long after researching my own ancestry. Utilizing Findagrave helped fill in the gaps in my geneology. I hope that it can do the same for you.

I am currently a resident of Troy, New York. I am within a 5 mile radius of Old Mount Ida Cemetery and Oakwood Cemetary. I intend on taking plenty of high quality pictures whether they are duplicates or not. Please keep in mind that some gravestones have gone through years of weatherization and inscriptions might be faded. I will do my best to be as accurate as possible but even my eyes deceive me sometimes. I will also do my best to insert articles clippings or obituaries but no guarentees.

Nonetheless, I am excited to begin this journey and I trust that it will be of value to someone somewhere.
