Find a Grave ID

Bio

Researching my wife's family roots in North Carolina. I got interested in cemeteries because findagrave contains so much useful information. So, I've decided to start fulfiling photo requests with the information people are looking for when they are researching ancestors.

One thing I get great pleasure from is "reuniting" families. I do a tremendous amount of research on people related to my wife. Once I am certain about the documented facts, I will suggest edits for birth and death locations, spouses, and family members.

I also research local cemeteries. I was able to help one local cemetery identify the occupants of two unmarked graves by a process of elimination and locating all the other family members gravesites.

I really enjoy seeing memorials where the entire family is "back together" again. If I have questions, I contact the cemeteries and ask for clarification.

When I can't find someone's memorial, if I have a death certificate, I will create it and request a photo. My research will never be done because there is always another missing grave to find.
