I was born in Houston, Texas to Joseph Calvin Cook & Barbara Ann (Salwasser) Cook. I grew up in Concord, California & currently live in Bullard, Texas happily retired after working 38 years at Shell Chemical in Martinez, California. I have 3 brothers, Gary, Dave (deceased 1999) & John. I have 3 half-sisters Debbie, Suzie & Nita Jo and one half-brother Brian with a very loving stepmother in Kathleen Cook.

I have 3 sons, James M. Cook, Ryan J. Cook & Mark L. Cook and one grandson, Christian M. Cook. I also have a grand-daughter, Eevi Cook.

Our family lineage is Cook/Cooksey on my father's side & Salwasser/Palmer on my mother's side.
