I am trying to trace my family bloodline/lineage. Powell/Chavis/Floyd/Scarborough/Derosset/etc.

I cannot find my mother's parents ( Nancy Chavis Powell - adopted mother ), and I am trying to trace my actual bloodline lineage from the Floyd family ( Coy O Floyd - grandfather ) and Mary Alice Floyd ( grandmother )...if anyone can help me, I appreciate it. Thank you.
