Family is Everything... A passionate search started in 2003 then, life really got in the way...funny how it all works.

After 55 years of fun and rewarding work, I am retired and back on my mission. Concerning Find a Grave, I have a goal to make families as 'whole' as possible by mapping together parents and children whenever possible. I often find myself going down rabbit hole after rabbit hole and it's a wonderful adventure! Often, these long forgotten folks are not closely related...I do not care. The memorials I manage are mostly within the four-generation guideline and I sincerely thank the wonderful volunteers who were kind to transfer them to me.

My side started in the Pendleton District of SC/GA/TN moving westward to Texas. Names include Gordanier, King, Goodrum, Burch, Wells, Newton, Brooks, Pinson, Parks, Harrington, Satterwhite, Dorsey, Cobb, Barnes...it's a wonderful list.

Hubby's side has White, Walker, Lloyd, Sheppard, Ludlam, Sayre, Gettz, Stratton, Burchardt just to name a few. One of his greats was a Major in the German Regiment. He was actually the 'ghost' who gave me my start.

A heartfelt thank you to those who have worked tirelessly for FaG...you are priceless!
