Bio

I have enjoyed visiting cemeteries since 1996 when I visited Ohlsdorf Cemetery (German: Ohlsdorfer Friedhof or (former) Hauptfriedhof Ohlsdorf) in the Ohlsdorf quarter of the city of Hamburg, Germany. This is the biggest rural cemetery in the world and a great tourist attraction, too. This findagrave.com website has helped me in also fulfilling my genealogy research that I am providing to relatives and family. I first discovered where my relatives were resting from a receipt that I discovered from my great grand-mother, Ella Howard. In 1999, I went to the St. Louis location, took a photograph with my digital camera of the memorials of several relatives, and showed them to my grandmother. Her remark: I used to ride the King's Highway bus every Sunday back in 1944 to go visit there.
