It is important to know who you are and where your family comes from. In order for our children and grandchildren to know who their forefathers and mothers came from, we need their names and how they fit into our "family".

We may not know who these people are personally, but they are still family by blood or marriage.

For those who are no longer in this world, they are still part of someone's family and deserve to have their live acknowledged by a memorial and/or headstone.
