I taught school, elementary and high school. When I retired, I became involved with family genealogy. It has been my passion for 15 years now. This led me to "Find a Grave" where I have so appreciated everyone who has contributed to this site. It has filled in a few missing pieces. Both my husband and I are of Loyalist roots so I am very aware of our local history and where the loyalists settled and are interred in the province of Quebec. We , with our sons and family ,own a dairy farm and a winery on Loyalist family property. Family values are very much part of our existence.
