Bio

For me, this all started when I helped my grandmother decorate our ancestors' graves for Memorial Day.

The memorials I manage or for which I offer suggested edits are generally for family members. In awareness that even primary source documents vary in reliability, and in the spirit of expanding our understanding of our common ancestors, I welcome contact so that we may resolve any discrepancies that arise. For the memorials I manage, I ask that the "Suggest edits" function be used in the first instance, as this provides a streamlined mechanism for accepting corrections and expanded information.

My current focus (as of May 2020) is my Walker/Porteous relatives, the bulk of whom are buried in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Kansas.
