The Find A Grave Memorials that I have created are all FAMILY MEMBERS. I PREFER TO COMPLETE THE INFORMATION AS I GET TIME. I TAKE MY OWN PHOTOS. I FEEL FAMILY SHOULD CREATE THE MEMORIAL AS THEY KNOW THE FAMILY BEST AND KNOW WHO IS CONNECTED. I HOPE PEOPLE WILL RESPECT MY WISHES.
I have been doing genealogy for 45 years, I was always interested in my family history from a young age. It got to the point several years back that I was wanting more than just names so I started a quest to acquire photo's from elderly relatives. Even though I started researching at a young age I still feel I waited too long. Family has always been very important to me. I am doing my best to preserving the memories of family that came before me and I hope one of my children will do the same when I am gone. In some cases I have six generations of family photo's. I joined Find A Grave to add photo's, create memorials, most importantly correct errors.
