I got involved in ancestry in order to find my family history. It's an interesting journey; the way my families share so many last names can be confusing at times. In no way am I attempting to subjugate any information that I find on this site. It's my purpose to understand my heritage and to see how wonderful it is to come into contact with relatives that are now 2nd, 3rd, 4th cousins and so on. I am pleased that this site is available to all; for our ancestors are an important part of who we are today.
