Because of our God's deep compassion, the dawn from Heaven will break upon us, to give light to those who are sitting in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide us on the path of peace. - Luke 1: 78-79

"Do Not Stand At My Grave and Weep" By Mary Elizabeth Frye

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine in the night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

About Me:
I am a genealogist, currently working on becoming a professional. I have been doing this for 9 years (as a hobby) now, and finally want to take the next step.
I mainly search for my own family members, and try to add as much information as possible. I check my emails daily during the work week, so I reply quickly and often. I also love to volunteer, and help others if I can.
Feel free to ask if I can help you with something! I'm in the state of Alabama. I do this because I love it. This is my passion, helping others reconnect with their lost loved ones.

Surnames of my family include: • Schurr • Richardson • Myrick • Talbert • Sorrells • Smith • Grimes • Wallace • Dean • Lassiter • Price • Hamilton • Hines

My current project: Greenwood Cemetery. From April 7, 2021 to current time, I have been walking through and verifying that every grave in section 1 has a memorial, has a GPS location, a plot location, and photos.

If you have messages disabled, please don't message me. There's no way to solve the issue, there is no way to send you a reply unless you have your email listed. Everyone has their own lives, and their own problems. Try to remember to use kindness first, without assuming.
