I've been interested in family genealogy since I was a child. I would sit at my grandmother's kitchen table and go through old photos and write their names on the back while I listened to my grandmother's stories about the individuals. If you look at these old photos and see names on the back of them, you'll see my 10, 12, 14, 16, etc. year old hand-writing. My earlier interest has turned into a passion -- some would call it an obsession. Ha!
I absolutely love discovering "new to me" old photos on Ancestry.com, but when these or their obituaries aren't available, I like to tag their grave markers. So, feel free to use any of the photos I have uploaded for your own family trees/genealogy research.
