I was born in Council Grove Kan. When I was 6 my mother and stepfather moved to Norman Okla. We moved back to Council Grove in 1966. I have 5 half brothers and sisters. In 1978 I moved from Kansas to Texas and worked for Cactus Feeders for 12 years. I then became a juvenile detention officer first with Potter Co. for about two years and then with Randall County. I became a shift supervisor after about two years until my retirement. I still live in Texas, a little town called Wildorado, not far from Amarillo. I still have family in Council Grove and visit as often as I can. I really enjoy looking for family ancestry and updating the families history. Find a Grave has helped a lot. I also like to try and find information on little children's grave site that have very little or no information at all. They seem so alone. I will be glad to help with finding information on family members.
