This page was part of a Boy Scout Eagle Project. As a Life Scout, I worked with the Mars Cemetery Association to uncover, clean, level and document the 285 graves in the St Barnabas Section of the cemetery during the spring and summer of 2019. Many of the memorials in this cemetery are for men that passed away as patients of the St Barnabas medial facility for men. Others are members of the clergy or healthcare workers. The memorials are all modest flat stones with no adornments, as many of these individuals died without known family or the means to be buried elsewhere. Please make suggestions and request transfers as we work to give them their history!
