I grew up visiting old cemeteries on Sunday afternoons with my parents and siblings and learned from a young age the importance of respecting the resting places of other people's loved ones. I enjoyed looking at all of the old gravestones and learning the history about my own ancestors as we visited some of their graves. I believe our familial roots are important and helping others connect with their own is one of the most rewarding things a person can do.
