My father's side of the family is from the SW region of Oklahoma. My mother's side is from the NW region of Oklahoma. We are mixed bloodlines, mom called us Heinz 57s. We didn't talk much about our Comanche or Cherokee bloodlines. I wish we knew more. What we were told by my grandmother and an uncle was barely enough to go on. Some of our surnames are South, Hale, Love, Killian, Gillenwaters, Tune, Gaston, and Sheppeard. That's all I know so far.
