I am the 5th generation "William Wetherall" in the Maryland, Iowa, Idaho, California, and Japan progression of Wetheralls, and the keeper of the keys of my immediate family history. I was born and raised in California to parents from Idaho and Iowa but have lived most of my life in Japan. My main aim on Find a Grave is to aggregate, link, and systematically document and illustrate the memorials for the members of about 5 generations of my extended family.

Resources
I am in possession of ten or so large plastic archival boxes full of photograph albums, letters, postcards, diaries, autograph books, newspaper clippings, and other detritus going back to the late 19th century.

These materials represent the Wetherall families from Wetherall-Hall, Wetherall-Beaman, and Wetherall-Baldwin to my own Wetherall-Hardman and Wetherall-Sugiyama families, and the closest collateral families, especially the Hardmans (Hardman-Gallaher, Hardman-Hunter), Hunters (Hunter-Thomas), and Thomases (Thomas-Forbes, Vincent-Thomas) on my mother's side, and the Baldwins (Baldwin-Steele), Williamses (Baldwin), Anstines (Baldwin), and Ures (Baldwin), and a few Van Houtons (Wetherall) and Van Ryswyks (Wetherall), on my father's side,
