Bio

My journey into uncovering my family's history began many years ago when my father initiated our family tree project. I enthusiastically supported him in digitising all the gathered data, an endeavour that became even more significant as his health started to decline almost a decade ago. In the wake of his challenges, I took on the responsibility of continuing and expanding upon the foundation he had established, making it an integral part of my life.
The exploration of our family's lineage has unearthed astonishing facts and stories, weaving a tapestry of our shared heritage. What started as a collaborative effort with my father has since evolved into a personal passion, driving me to delve deeper into our roots.
Utilising tools like Findagrave has significantly enriched my quest for knowledge about our family's past. It has provided me with a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of purpose. Additionally, this platform proved invaluable during my survey of the memorials at Llandyry Church in Trimsaran. The insights and information I gathered through this survey were documented in a comprehensive report, which was graciously incorporated into the Coflein Site page for the Church—a recognition and honour that deeply resonates with me.
