My wife Cheryl Baird Thomas and I are directors of a Family History Center at the Salt Lake Community College (Redwood Campus) in Taylorsville UT, sponsored by FamilySearch and the Bennion Utah West Stake. We have 20 computers and 34 volunteer staff consultants. My passion has been genealogy since my Grandpa Parley Thomas got me started as a child, but my career was 40 1/2 years as a Software Engineer from Sperry Univac to Unisys to L-3 Communications all at the same campus in SLC Utah.
