Bio

After retiring in 2016 I dove into sorting out 3 generations of family photographs and so began the saga of Family Search and Find A Grave. Digging back in time on my fathers surname to Michael Hann who immigrated, or was kidnapped, from Holland about 1754 to land in Connecticut marrying Ruth Squire and starting the branches of my tree. Also Gordon's and Erway/Ervay/Arnwine/Op Dyke lines tied in among others. On my mothers side I have Wensley and Scott families immigrating through Canada that I've traced back to about 1740 for Wensley and about 1800 for Scott's. More than I ever knew about my family growing up and now I'm working to pass it all on to my niece and sharing the work with the other 3 blood Hann relatives I've connected with through this work. No small task this genealogy, but a journey to understand your past. Thanks to all who work in Find A Grave to be part of the genealogists. Regards, Pamela Hann
