Please join me in my search for our Croatian relatives. I am a Croatian Genealogist. My father was from Pozega, Croatia. My maternal grandfather's family was from the Sveti Rok, Lovinac, Gospic, Lika-senj County Croatia. My maternal grandmother, who I was named after, was from the Mrkopalj, Fuzine, Delnice, Gorski kotar region of Croatia.

I have meticulously researched my relatives from these areas and traced their journeys to "Amerika". Every time I leave a "Croatian" flower on a grave memorial, I have verified my relative through painstaking research of Croatian Parish birth, marriage death records, village "kuca" house records, census data, immigration records and numerous other resources.

When I finish my genealogy detective work I try to connect it to a Find A Grave memorial. I fill in missing information and update the memorial. I also connect it to verified relatives and even connect them "across the pond" to the villages and their ancestral home and families in Croatia so you can find your Croatian Ancestors! Find a Grave is a wonderful "bread crumb trail" to find your Croatian roots and honor your Croatian Ancestors.
