My father was Ambro Adam Monroe, and my mother was Betty Joe Beckner, her moms maiden name was Mathena, we have several family members under this name that were Confederate soldiers, starting with my great, great Grandfather, George Washington Mathena, I would love to get some copies of pictures of this man, especially in his Confederate uniform, or any others from my family.
