Bio

I have been working my families genealogy for about 30 years. I now have 200+ family surnames and about 2500+ family members (all types of kin).

I have always been somewhat of a genealogy enthusiast having grown up listening and taking an interest in my relatives stories about the past! It started with my paternal grandfather, as one day playing with my Rebel and Yankee toy soldiers, being born in the south I was a Rebel, but grandpa said, "You are on the wrong side" as your grandmothers father was a Union soldier, that stunned me. I have proven it true now by documents. I have found also Rebels too. Also found now that my 4X great-grandfather was a British Captain with Lord Cornwallis in the Revolutionary War.
Family Genealogy has enriched my life in many ways. My interest helped along with computer now, as doing it freehand, making notes and binders was vary time cosuming . I had all my most of written data in "Family Tree Maker", but old computer died. I have stored it, maybe it can be revived in the future for data not in hand now.

Since many things and age have taken control of my everyday activities, naturally my genealogy efforts have reduced some now. I try to update and add records as I find them on "Ancestry" or other places, documents. I am editing some info and then just stay at it while trying to add or update my geneaology for future family searchers. You never really know your family unless you work genealogy.

These are my main familes: (NOT IN ANY ORDER OF SEARCH)
A. My ggrandfathers family Fredrick Williams (Wilhelms), born in Ragenehl, Preußen, Prussia (Germany now + ancestors)
B. My 2nd ggrandfathers family Rev. Amos Hays +(ancestors)
C. My 3rd great-grandfather Elder William Jasper Tyner +(ancestors)
D. My 2nd ggrandfathers family Samuel Barker Wilkinson, (left an orphan in Hamilton Co. Ohio. searching for his parents names +ancestors)
E. My 3rd ggrandfathers famly John L Lefforge, Sr. born in France +ancestors)
F. My 6th ggrandfathers family Nicholas Oliver Tyner born in England +(ancestors)
Most of my B & D info is from family Bibles, some with dates back to 1822. Also Bible pages copies and grandmother Irma' Williams Wilkinson photos of her mom /dad, syiblings.
