Bio

During 1998 my wife's Uncle Dave Menser who lived in St. Charles, Hopkins County, Kentucky got me interested in our family history. Since then I have researched both my wife's family line and my own family line. Being able to prove my wife's maternal side, DeMoss, had a direct ancestor who fought in the Revolutionary War so she could join the DAR. I have attempted to find graves to validate family information as correct. Sometimes learning that family folk lore is just that. I continue to work on the following family lines: HARRIS, SMITH, MARTELL, BLONG, MENSER, DEMOSS, THOMPSON, NUCKOLLS, and ALSBROOKS.
