Bio

Even as a young girl I was interested in knowing about my relatives, and when I married I acquired a second family whom I wanted to know more about. Fortunately, my and my husband's parents and grandparents were still living and shared so much with me. Then life got busy and my interest in genealogy was "put on a back burner." Now some 40 years later my interest has piqued, and I am once again visiting cemeteries and going through old family photos and other family memorabilia. I want my sons and grandchildren to know about their roots. I feel blessed to have had been born and influenced by those with whom I share DNA. Most importantly though, I am a child of God, adopted into His family through Jesus Christ. (April 29, 2017)
