Soon to turn 69 and healthier than I have ever been. I work out at the gym 2 hours daily. I take no medications and have no medical conditions except an arm full of surgical hardware. But I don't let that stop me. I bench press 110 kilos. Blood pressure is 104/55 with a resting pulse of 56. My eyesight is better than 20/05 at all ranges. I am known as El Mago de la Montana. (The Wizard of the mountain.) Besides travel I am devoted to philanthropy, archaeology and geology. My wife is more the stay at home type.

With the exception of a niece, Jeannie , cousins Doug, Don and Rich, I am not interested in any other family contact unless siblings of my father or his ancestors or descendants of his siblings.
