This is a Girl Scout Troop working on their Silver and Gold Award projects, the two highest awards in Girl Scouts. Each award requires a minimum of 80 hours of work on a project and must make the world a better place once they are finished.
Currently they are just working out of Florida Memorial Gardens taking photographs and adding plot numbers with graves. They are willing to help out anyone in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. Any memorials that you wish transferred to you please don't hesitate to ask. They are here to help.
As of 11/05/2017 Florida Memorial Gardens still finds graves through 3 X 5 cards. The graves markers are not very visible if they are there at all but we are hoping they will let us help them with that in the future.
We don't want to step on anyone's toes. As the leader I do try to approve all of their photos and entries but I am sure some things will slip through. Mistakes will probably occur but we will fix them if aware. Thank you for your patience in advance and for letting us help out generations of people learn about their heritage.
