I am currently living in Hoover, AL with my husband and 95-year-old mother-in-law. Living with a nonagenarian, and having recently lost my mother to Alzheimer's Disease, I have developed an interest in putting together a family tree and learning more about my ancestors. I have been cobbling together family trees from several family members, getting information from family on Facebook, and have started trying to get more information from ancestry.com and findagrave.com. I know the most about my mother's paternal line, and just a little less about her maternal line, but almost nothing about my father's tree. But, with this small amount of info, I have found that I am related to vets of all US wars, preachers, teachers, and emigrants from all over Europe to all over the US. I can't wait to see what new information I will uncover next!
