Although I have always had a passion to search out my ancestry, Lela has opened a new avenue of research here for which I am so thankful.As for me personally, I live in Claremore, Ok. I have lived in Oklahoma since 1988. I am divorced, and have two children who are grown with families of their own. Also, I have been blessed with 8 lovely grandchildren. My parents-- Robert A. Parris, Jr. & Hazel Lorene (Crow) Parris marked 73 yrs of marriage on 5-31-20. The next morning 6-01-20, my wonderful mother went on to be with her Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven above. I have 3 older brothers and a younger sister--all of whom are still living. My immediate family tree has known some loss thru death; however, for the most part, we have been blessed with health & longevity of life for which I am thankful. If I can ever be of assistance to anyone thru Find A Grave, I will be more than happy to help and will try my best to aid your family as it pertains to Find A Grave.
