Bio

My biggest goal is to honor the dead by making sure they are never forgotten. When we pass away (even for some who haven't) people tend to get busy with life. I see often where before you know it their grave site has been abandoned, and they have been forgotten. This breaks my heart to see grave sites unattended too. I go clean up my local cemeteries of trash, debris, maintaining headstones, unburying ones that are being covered into the ground, and etc. as often as I can.

I am in the process of gathering as much information/researching each person located in my local cemeteries. I am going row by row and being sure that no one is forgotten and they all are uploaded with a headstone and as much information as I can input to their memorials. I do this only because I want them to be remembered in the best way possible and be able to be found by researching family members who may not have access to them. (I apologize in advance for all the edits/suggestions to everyone maintaining these memorials. I hope I am not to overbearing. I only do it with good intentions and not to bug anyone or step on anyone's toes. Thank you all for all you do!)

My photos are yours! Feel free to use them I hope with good intentions. I have taken most of the headstone pictures I uploaded myself. I also have pictures of people and their family I have uploaded that have been shared with me via social media, Ancestry, family, and friends. I try to add pictures of people because I think it is nicer to honor them with a picture of them instead of their headstone.

DEATH CERTIFICATES ARE WELCOME: Although, I prefer only using them for a source of cemetery location. For example if a headstone photo is not available I use it to indicate proof of a person being buried there. Once a headstone is located and uploaded I will usually delete it because I feel it looks nicer to the memorial.

I will happily fill photo requests and break ground in my local cemeteries, and fill the request as quickly as possible. I will give it my best effort being that some headstones are no longer able to be read. This would include all cemeteries in Gonzales County, Texas. (Possibly also in Wilson county if I am in the area at the time)

SUGGEST OTHER CORRECTIONS: SOC's if you have addition information or pointing out an error that you would like to have reviewed and/or added. (We are all human we all make mistakes!)
Please kindly respond to me, and I will do the same. Otherwise I will ignore it. This is not a numbers game or a competition. This was made to honor those who are no longer with us anymore. We all share the same goal so lets be kind.
PLEASE be patient while your SOC is being processed if edits have not been completed after 30 days, please submit your request again. I am very busy but I will get to them as I check almost daily.

Edits: Please send proof/source of the information you provide. Errors are made when we are just basing them off of assumptions and this defeats the purpose of the website.

PLEASE DO NOT: leave suggestions, corrections, or biographical information for a memorial in the "Leave Flowers and a Note" section. This is for family and friends to honor their loved ones memory (I will delete them). Please send me a SOC instead.

IF REQUESTING TRANSFERS: Please use the edit tab, and the suggest a correction selection, as this will send the information needed to perform a transfer. You can also send me a personal message, but please do not forget to add your member # to your request, As long as the memorials are not related to me then I will gladly transfer them over to you!
Also, thank you to the wonderful volunteers who have transferred my loved ones over to me! I appreciate you more than you know. I love FindAGrave and being able to honor my loved ones and by keeping them alive the only way how by keeping their memory alive.

REPORT DUPLICATE:
PLEASE review the memorial #'S and which was the original memorial.
I WILL NOT DELETE OR MERGE my memorial unless I made an error or created it after the original duplicate. If there is a justified reasoning for it I will ALWAYS make an exception! Otherwise, I'm sorry I won't do it unless it is my mistake and/or there is good enough reason to do so.
I just put a lot of time into going out to cemeteries, and managing the memorials I have made to just delete it.
