The Fort Seybert Heritage Education Association (FSHEA) is a project oriented, nonprofit organization whose projects are designed to research, document, and preserve, in media or appropriate format, the history of Pendleton County dating back to 1747. Extensive surveys include Ground Positioning System (GPS),a topographic (topo) map, cemetery plat showing placement of burial sites within the cemetery, photograph overview and headstones with inscriptions, and list of any books or other sources associated with the cemetery. They are located in Pendleton Co.Library History room and at State Historic Preservation Office.

George and Hannah Hawes Cowger of Pendleton County 1774 - 1974 was compiled in 2002. Peter and Catherine Haefner Pope 5 Generations was compiled in 2002.
