I'm just me.
Nothing interesting about me, other than my love and care for animals, since I have never known an animal to pass judgement on me, hate me for how I looked, never lied to by an animal, never betrayed by an animal.
Thus, I hold them higher than any other being.
Within one year, both my grandparents, my best friend's wife, my girlfriend, my best friend, two horses, a sheep, another friend of mine, were all taken away from me.
I am numb, and very somber these days. I have had more bad than good happen to me, and every day I am more and more alone. But I am just me. I want to be a good person, I always have been, but I keep being treated like I am not by life. constantly beat down, thrown to the ground and expected to move on as if nothing happened.
I have to hang in there, at very least for the remaining dogs I have to care for. After that, I am no longer needed here.
But, until then, I am going to try to be the best person I can, to every animal I can, and to any human who would find a friend in me.
