Clarence Mann born in Saint Paul, to Scottish immigrants served in WWI aboard the US Kroonland a medical transport ship. He served as a Pharmacy Mate 3rd Class, caring for wounded soldiers and feeding them.

He married Mildred Brockman also of St Paul, the daughter of educator, Robert Morton Brockman and Mary Ann McCalip, both born in Indiana.
Together Clarence and "Meme" had 5 daughters, only one of which is buried in Acacia with them.

Clarence would become the owner of Printing Incorporated in Minneapolis Minnesota, moving his daughters from St Paul, Ramsey County to Minneapolis in Hennepin County. He died while a resident of suburban, Edina Minnesota. He is buried with his wife Mildred, his inlays the Brockmans and his parents, immigrants John Mann and Mary Jessie Wiseman Mann. He also has two siblings and their wives all buried together in two family rows.
