I am a Police Officer in Atlanta and a student of history. I mainly study Civil War Atlanta / Georgia. I am a volunteer at Atlanta’s Oakland Cemetery and give tours there. I am a member of the Atlanta Civil War Table, Atlanta History Center and Atlanta Preservation Society. I am currently using this to research a book I am writing about my GG Uncle who was a Police Officer killed in the line of duty in 1902.
