I'm Brad Crites of Hendricksville, IN. I've lived here since I was 5 years old, when my family moved here from Bloomington. I still live on the family farm that was originally purchased from the U.S. for homestead in 1833 by David Burks, my great-grandfather's great-grandfather.

The family lines of Bingham, Burks, Crites, Calvert, Hunter, and Wood all come from the Greene/Owen/Monroe county area within Indiana. Prior to 1830's, most of these migrated into the area from Kentucky.

I've always been interested in tracking the family trees, but I haven't done much in the way of sharing or finding info online yet.
