I have been working on my husbands family history off and on for about 30 years, but very diligently for the last 6-8 years. I also work on my own family history now that my mother is gone, picking up where she left off. I volunteer in our local LDS Family History Center, encouraging others to do their family history before it is too late. Encouraging them to get the family stories, not just names and dates. All of my children are grown and the last one is about to leave the nest. I work several jobs, but try to fit in fun along the way. Other hobbies include: birding, scrap-booking, gardening, spinning and weaving.
