Judith Medley-Parks daughter of James Ralph Medley Sr., and Vivian Gray Medley. Married to Robert David Parks. Very interested in my Virginia family and Harford Co Maryland roots. Through both the Ferren and Medley family we have a lot of family members in Smyth Co. Washington Co, Grayson Co., and Russell Co. Virginia.
