My name is Deb (Evans) Howard. I started researching for my husband when family members had conflicting stories. Wow! What I found. That of course got me started on researching my own family. My mother's family was very informative, not surprisingly, finding her roots in Ireland and Scotland. My father's side a little more complicated. Especially my paternal Grandmoms. I had no history of who her parents were. I have a private page due to not knowing exactly who her parents were. I only have an Aunt and Uncle that I found on the 1910 Census. I did find a cousin thru DNA and a picture of her when she was a young girl! Hopefully I can find something out. If not, my daughters are under strict instructions to continue the search (which they find as interesting and intriguing as I do) and come visit my grave with the whole story!
