Like Harry Truman I was born in Lamar Missouri, however, neither of us remained in Lamar over a year. My family moved to Kansas City where I have, for the most part, remained. I went to East High School through my freshman year when my parents moved to Raytown, Missouri and l graduated from Raytown H. S. In 1959.
