Father Pedro (changed to Peter while in Navy) Nialla Banzon (originally Bauzon - changed in error by Navy) was from Labrador, Pangasinan, Philippine Islands. He joined the US Navy and met my mother, Arbelia Howard at E & H Chinese Restaurant in Charleston SC. They were married in Newport RI because at that time interracial marriage was not allowed. I have two brothers, Romulo Salvatore Banzon (Ron) and Victor Carlos Banzon (Vic). Ron is married to Julia Marie Torricelli Banzon from San Diego CA, and they have one son, Joseph Hampton Banzon. Julia has a son, Anthony Staley, from a previous marriage. Vic is married to Bonnie Jo Patrick Banzon from Charleston SC. They have one daughter, Nettie Danielle Nialla Banzon Zachmann who is married to Eddie Zachmann, and they have on daughter, Brynn. I have one sister, Amparo Nialla Teresa Banzon Latimer who is married to Richard Latimer from Thurso, Scotland UK. They have one daughter, Janie Isobel Nialla Latimer. Richard has 4 children from previous marriages. I have one son, James Edward Gragg (Jimi) who is married to Carrie Beth Browder Gragg. I have one daughter, Jon Angela (Angel) Veronica Nialla Gragg Scott who is married to Lance Marshall Scott. Angel has one daughter, Marlee Nialla Veronica Serrano.
