Born and raised in Central California, I moved to Idaho in 2003. I'm single and have joined households with my elderly parents. I am encouraging my 81-year-old mother to write a book about her life experiences. Also, my older brother and I have always been intrigued by some of the family stories, and I would like to attempt to get more information and find out if they're fact or fiction.

I am new to FindAGrave (joined Sept. 2014), having learned about it from a friend who is certifiably nutso about history and genealogy. She is one of the few people I know who shares my enthusiasm for cruising graveyards and reading the markers and speculating about the history and lives and how they came to their final resting place. I love mini road trips, picnics, and photography (amateur), and I hope to be able to get involved soon in helping researchers find what they are looking for in this area.
