Bio

I was born and grew up in the White's Crossroads section of Bladen, North Carolina. I am very interested in the genealogy of the following families all with ties to Bladen County:
White, Dove, Shaw, Pait/Pate, Singletary, Fitz Randolph, Edwards, Huggins, Campbell, Rowell and Isenhaur/Isenhour/Eisenhaur/Eisenhower. This is the family of General Ike Eisenhower. There are many derivations of the spelling in this family. Most of this family is located in Pennsylvania. But, a large contingency of this family moved to Rowan County and surrounding counties in North Carolina where they engaged in farming, gold mining and the handmade brick business.

Many of my grandparents and extended family on both my paternal and maternal sides are buried in Bladen County. My father's family makes up most of the Rising Cemetery located of NC 242 S near White's Crossroads. His father was a White and his mother was a Dove. I have quite a bit of research that I am willing to share with anyone interested in the above families and their ties to me and Bladen County. I am also looking for any information you may want to share with me.
