Hello.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

Last year, I researched my uncle that had passed away in 1976 and became aware that he had a very distinguished military record.

My father passed away in 2006 and is buried in the same cemetery as his brother.

In 2013, my father's last living sibling (and my Uncle) and other family members spent a couple of days cleaning our family cemetery (Carpenter Cemetery on Pringle Hill, in Cambria County, PA).
While cleaning the cemetery of overgrown trees, we rediscovered headstones and made repairs to fallen and crooked markers.
It was at that time that I realized that I had wanted to clean the cemetery for years, but finally had taken action to make improvements....with the help of other family that had felt the same.
After returning home, I began tracing my lineage all the way back to the first children born to John Martin Cable.
He was a frontiersman and helped to settle the Allegheny Wilderness in the 1700's, eventually moving West as the Spirit moved him, to carry the Gospel.

My other hobbies include collecting coins and the 2nd Amendment.

Each day is a gift.
What will you do with your gift today?
